Agile Software Development

This week on my CS Journey, I want to focus on Agile software development and its methodologies. Agile methodology is a type of project management process, mainly used for software development. It evolves through the collaborative effort and cross-functional teams and their customers. Scrum and Kanban are two of the most widely used Agile methodologies. Today I want to focus mainly on Scrum. Recently I saw that employers are looking for candidates who have experience in scrum and agile development, so it is important that we learn more about it.   Scrum is a framework that allows for more effective collaborations among teams working on various complex projects. It is a management system that relies on step by step development.
